MDT Facilitator
Jayne Riley joins the Hope Haven team as the MDT Facilitator. Before joining Hope Haven, Jayne worked for 25 years in the State of Mississippi employment, and the past 9 years as a Social Work Consultant in Mississippi and Arkansas. This past year, Jayne worked on a team in Arkansas, working with Child Protection Staff with focused work on family-centered work, and the development of partnerships between Child Protection Services and families. Jayne provided training for family-centered work and increased the development of resources for families with Child Protection Staff and stakeholders. The training provided helped to increase awareness of the impacts of childhood trauma. Time was spent training Child Protection Staff on the inclusion of the family’s voice through family integrity meeting sand the importance of advocacy for families. Jayne has an extensive history working with children ,families, and communities. Jayne is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi.
